After creating countless cakes for my friends and family's special occasions, all of which received rave reviews, we decided that I should turn my creativity and passion for cake design into a business...and so "Just Desserts by Tara" was born. All of my cakes have "chocolate biscuit cake" at their core, are made from the finest Belgian chocolate and taste even better than they look!
Very few people believe that my cakes are decorated entirely in chocolate, but it's true! I've developed a technique that enables me to colour the chocolate without affecting the flavour or consistency.
